A clean area with room for the backdrop, subject area, lighting, and photographer gives the best result. A strong starting point is about 12 feet wide, 22 feet deep, and 10 feet of ceiling clearance when possible.
The experience is photographer-led, so guests receive direction quickly and naturally. It can sit beside a reception, gala entrance, cocktail hour, sponsor area, or branded activation.
Portraits are delivered digitally through a QR-based flow. Guests can view, download, and share from their phones without waiting for prints or managing a pickup table.
