Monochrome Memories is based in San Antonio and brings a refined portrait studio experience directly to event venues across the city and surrounding areas. The setup is built for hosts who want something more polished than a self-service booth: a live photographer, professional lighting, guided posing, and finished digital portraits guests can save from their phones.
The Portrait Station works especially well for wedding receptions, black-tie galas, nonprofit fundraisers, corporate dinners, brand activations, and private celebrations where guests are already dressed for the occasion. The result is a set of consistent black-and-white portraits that feel intentional, not incidental.
For events that need a bolder editorial look, the Hollywood Session uses a black backdrop and more dramatic direction. Both experiences are designed around a clean footprint, QR-based delivery, and a premium guest flow.

Space
A clean area with room for the backdrop, subject area, lighting, and photographer gives the best result. A strong starting point is about 12 feet wide, 22 feet deep, and 10 feet of ceiling clearance when possible.
Guest Flow
The experience is photographer-led, so guests receive direction quickly and naturally. It can sit beside a reception, gala entrance, cocktail hour, sponsor area, or branded activation.
Delivery
Portraits are delivered digitally through a QR-based flow. Guests can view, download, and share from their phones without waiting for prints or managing a pickup table.

The white backdrop Portrait Station is clean, timeless, and versatile for weddings and premium social events. The black backdrop Hollywood Session is more dramatic and editorial for hosts who want a stronger visual statement.
